Reformation Crew
Jesiah Silverman, Owner and General Contractor
Owner Jesiah Silverman has worked in the construction industry since 2013, including working on framing crews, as a project manager and lead carpenter for a large remodeling company, and doing general handyman work. He is a National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Certified Lead Carpenter and a licensed and insured General Contractor in the state of Idaho.
Jesiah enjoys the challenges of remodeling and the problem solving and planning necessary to make a job operate smoothly. Jesiah prides himself on being professional, honest, and detail-oriented and appreciates the satisfaction of a job well done and a happy client.

Jesiah grew up in Corvallis, Oregon, but has called Idaho home since 2015. He and his family moved from Boise to Pocatello in 2022 to be closer to family. Jesiah enjoys the many opportunities for hiking near Pocatello and appreciates how friendly people are here. When he's not working, he enjoys hiking and taking neighborhood walks with his family, learning about theology, and doing projects around the house. He and his wife, Kyle, have two sons and a dog named Hank.
Daniel Larkin, Remodeling Apprentice
Daniel is a college student with a passion for learning and honing his skills in the remodeling industry. Since joining our team, he has shown himself to be a fast learner, polite, and dedicated to providing our customers with the best service possible. Daniel has been recently awarded the coveted "Master Broom Operators License Level 3" and We couldn't be more proud!
Jesse Morales, Remodeling Apprentice
We are delighted to have Jesse as our newest crewmember at Reformation Construction. Jesse joined our team in 2024 and is a hardworking and dedicated college student. We were immediately impressed with Jesse's exceptional demeanor, can-do attitude, and his eagerness to learn. He has fit in seamlessly with our team and has already made significant contributions towards achieving our goals. His strong work ethic and positive attitude are infectious, and we look forward to continuing to work with him on many projects to come.
Kyle Silverman, Chief Adviser, Benevolent Dictator
Kyle advises her husband on all business related matters... and otherwise. She plays many roles behind the scenes including strategy consultant, communication expert, editor, website content creator, and idea sounding board. She makes sure Jesiah knows when his beard is getting too scraggly to be seen in public and needs trimmed and also manages the responsibilities of chief toddler and dog wrangler.
The Foreman
The Foreman is the original inspiration behind Reformation Construction LLC and oversees jobs to ensure the highest quality. When he isn't calling the shots of his father's business or supervising a job, he is often found playing with his "fleet" of trucks and trains, reading books under a blanket, playing outside in the dirt, making up goofy songs, and running around wildly.
The Enforcer
The Enforcer handles all business-related disputes; he's the muscle behind the business. When he's not "negotiating," he's often found trying to wrestle his father and older brother, building towers, playing chef with the toy kitchen, or keeping up his physique by eating endless amounts of cheese.
Hank, Chief Financial Officer of Offshore Accounts and Company Mascot
Hank oversees the company's many offshore accounts and investments. When Hank isn't managing multi-billion dollar assets, he enjoys walks, destroying tennis balls, playing fetch, belly rubs, and napping on the couch.
